These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Premier Catering and Food Service website and the purchase of catering services and products. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Premier Catering and Food Service is a licensed food service and catering business operating in South Salt Lake, Utah. We provide catering services for events, school and daycare meal programs, bakery products, and related food services.

2. Ordering and Booking
2.1 Placing an Order
Orders may be placed online through our website, by phone, or by email. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Premier Catering and Food Service. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written or emailed confirmation from us.
2.2 Advance Notice Requirement
All catering orders require a minimum of 7 calendar days advance notice. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet this requirement. For large events or school/daycare programs, 14 days or more advance notice is strongly recommended.
2.3 Order Minimums

Minimum of 25 meals per menu item for all catering meal packages

Minimum order value of $50.00 for delivery orders

Blackstone On-Site Cooking Service: 4-hour minimum ($300 minimum charge)
2.4 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submission, including items, quantities, delivery address, event date, and dietary notes. Please contact us immediately if you identify any errors in your order confirmation.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored for that order. Applicable Utah sales tax will be added to your order total where required by law.
3.2 Deposit Requirements

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all catering bookings

For orders totaling $1,000 or more, 50% of the total order amount is due at the time of booking as a deposit

Full payment is required no later than 3 calendar days before your event date
Failure to submit full payment by the required date may result in cancellation of your order. Deposits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Wix Payments. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
4.1 Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event: Full refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event: 50% refund of the total order amount paid

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
4.2 Order Modifications
Requests to modify an existing order (changes to menu items, guest count, delivery time, or location) must be made at least 7 days before the event date. Modifications are subject to availability and may affect pricing. We cannot guarantee that late modification requests will be accommodated.
4.3 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain issues, illness, severe weather, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including deposits, and will make every effort to notify you as early as possible.
5. Delivery and Fulfillment
Delivery and fulfillment terms are governed by our Delivery & Fulfillment Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Delivery is subject to availability within our service zones. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Food Safety and Allergen Disclaimer
6.1 Allergen Notice
Our kitchen prepares food containing common allergens including wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. While we take precautions, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed to be entirely prevented in our shared kitchen environment.
6.2 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. We will make reasonable accommodations based on the information provided. However, Premier Catering and Food Service is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary concerns resulting from undisclosed allergies or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
6.3 Food Safety
We comply with all applicable Utah food safety laws and regulations. Food is prepared and transported in accordance with FDA Food Code guidelines and Salt Lake County Health Department requirements. Once food has been delivered and accepted by the customer, responsibility for proper food handling, temperature maintenance, and safety passes to the customer.
7. School and Daycare Meal Programs
School and daycare meal program services are subject to separate program agreements and comply with applicable USDA National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and related federal nutrition program requirements. Online booking is not available for school and daycare programs — please contact us directly to establish a program agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Catering and Food Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, menu descriptions, and recipes, is the property of Premier Catering and Food Service and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit harmful code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the operation of our website.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
